Dj P-love has been up from NY since Monday and we have been preparing for the Vancouver 2010 Olympics version of the Short Attention Span Theater show. Expect much silliness. We leave for Vancouver tomorrow!

We will be bringing a new version of Short Attention Span Audio Theater to the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics as part of CODE LIVE and the Vancouver 2010 Cultural Olympiad.
We’re bringing the turntables + wurlitzer piano + 200 bingo cards + old school slide projector. So get ready for an evening of music and storytelling in our silly turntable cabaret. repeat: this is a cabaret-style seated show! I will be accompanied by the ever talented DJ P-love. ALSO… The lovely, hilarious and charismatic Lederhosen Lucil will be there to set things off (as she does at all of our Short Attention Span Theater gigs)! Don’t miss her… she rules.
opening the CODE LIVE event is Vancouver’s own Sweet Soul Burlesque.
I will also be performing a couple dj sets on the slopes. One at Cypress Mountain and the other at Whistler Mountain on the outdoor main stage.

Sick show (as always)! It was awesome getting to see the intricate finger work on the turntables on the big screens. Now I know your and DJ P-love’s secrets!
I was hoping to be able to give you my recording of the Slew show in Vancouver tonight but my computer didn’t finish encoding the video in time for the show unfortunately (my 1st time encoding HD footage and didn’t realize it takes forever!). Email me at: inthecellaroverdrinkATyahooDOTca and I will send you the show (and the Toronto one when it’s done) in the mail.
I gave Corrine a DVD for you I downloaded of you playing the Montreux Jazz Festival in 2006. It’s a PAL DVD so it won’t play properly on your DVD player (unless you have a DVD player that plays NTSC and PAL like mine which is rare) but it will play properly in a computer
