ABOUT SAST:
Back in the fall of 2003, Kid Koala took one of his most ambitious shows on the road in
support of his sophomore album Some of My Best Friends Are DJs and his graphic novel
Nufonia Must Fall. Anchored by the concept of the turntable band (including Kid Koala and DJ P-Love), this vinyl vaudeville featured turntables and wurlitzer piano alongside
comedy, live scored animated shorts, slide projectors, cabaret flair and bingo.
A live EP / DVD Live From the Short Attention Span Audio Theater Tour!! was created
during the 2003 tour. Caught on tape in London, Live From the Short Attention Span Audio Theater Tour!! contains a 5 track audio CD and 40-minute live DVD with extras including videos and a random bingo image generator.
Since the initial runs of the “SAST” tour, the show has been requested and brought back
to life throughout Europe and Australia. It will see its next performance at the Cultural
Olympiad during the Vancouver 2010 Olympics.

Is this the show that’s listed as being on Mar 11th on your CBC Radio3 Artist’s Page??? I was all hyped about getting to see you while I was in town on business in March… I’m heart-broken…

As far as I know… there is no show gig planned for March 11th this year. I’ll have them look into it and see if they can correct that.
